One of the most innovative construction projects is situated in the science park "Softwarepark Hagenberg" in Upper Austria. The energy-efficient office building amsec was built by the company "TISP Aufschließungs- und Betreibergesellschaft mbH" in 2006 and has been awarded the "Energiestar 2007" by the Upper Austrian government and nominated for the "Energy Globe 2007" in the category earth. AMS Engineering developed the energy concept and carried out the planning and execution of heating, cooling, ventilation, electronic and IT technology. amsec is the basis for "building automation", the new business area of AMS Engineering and for construction of energy efficient industrial and office buildings. The prototype amsec should serve as example for ecological and effective projects in industrial environment in the future.
Scope of functions
- CAD-construction for constructional engineering (building construction in reinforced concrete and steel construction, road construction, periphery designing and so on)
- Cooperation in creation of tenders and timetables
- Cooperation in supervision of construction work
Requred qualifications
- Gradute from HTL (especially construction and underground engineering)
- General computer skills (CAD-System Nemetschek and Autocad would be an advantage)
- Finished military or civilian service
