One of the most innovative construction projects is situated in the science park "Softwarepark Hagenberg" in Upper Austria. The energy-efficient office building amsec was built by the company "TISP Aufschließungs- und Betreibergesellschaft mbH" in 2006 and has been awarded the "Energiestar 2007" by the Upper Austrian government and nominated for the "Energy Globe 2007" in the category earth. AMS Engineering developed the energy concept and carried out the planning and execution of heating, cooling, ventilation, electronic and IT technology. amsec is the basis for "building automation", the new business area of AMS Engineering and for construction of energy efficient industrial and office buildings. The prototype amsec should serve as example for ecological and effective projects in industrial environment in the future.
Scope of functions
- Administration and leading of building projects
- Technical building inspection and documentation
- Project tracking
- Assistance in creation of announcements
- Handling of business connections with representatives of building owners, authorities and tradespeople
Required qualifications
- Graduate from UNI/Fachhochschule (e.g. building management, civil construction, project planning or civil engineering)
- Good computing skills
- Communication and team ability, leading skills
- Structured working method
- You are interested in supporting our young team actively in upcoming projects.
