Scope of functions

• Administration and coordination of the whole project team
• Contact person for all functions of the building services engineering
• Cost-, progess- and quality control
• Optimal arrangement of the complete system (start of operation, acceptance, servicing and optimizing operations)
• Project planning and creation of control, adjustment and control technology of the infrastructure of the building

Required qualifications

• Graduate from Fachhochschule (e.g. automation engineering or similar)
• Knowledge of constructional engineering and plumbing trade in buildings
• Planning and procurement of resources
• Methodic way of working
• Ability to communicate and to work in a team, managerial skills
• You are ready for changes and you are accurate, creative as well as organized.
