One of the most innovative construction projects is situated in the science park "Softwarepark Hagenberg" in Upper Austria. The energy-efficient office building amsec was built by the company "TISP Aufschließungs- und Betreibergesellschaft mbH" in 2006 and has been awarded the "Energiestar 2007" by the Upper Austrian government and nominated for the "Energy Globe 2007" in the category earth. Therefore AMS Engineering adopted the division “building services engineering”, amongst others, including development, conceptual design, planning, construction and energy optimisation of building services engineering systems (heating, climate, ventilation, electricity). Because energy efficiency is basically defined by the building envelope, we also provide an improvement of the thermal building envelope and system solutions for clouding and use of daylight.
Scope of functions
- Analysis of existing buildings
- Reduction of energy consumption by optimised management
- Problem analysis and suggestion of solutions
- Feedback for the planning of buildings in the future
Requred qualifications
- Graduate from UNI/Fachhochschule/HTL (e.g. eco-energy management, building services engineering, facility managemnt or similar)
- Good computing skills
- Knowledge in AutoCAD und TRNSYS is beneficial
- Communication and team ability, independence
