AMS Engineering does the planning, engineering and realization of all parts of building automation (heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical installation, measurement & control, IT) of commercial buildings. We intend to achieve high user efficiency (like productivity or recreation) and high efficiency concerning operating and energy costs. Our customers benefit from the experience of the whole STIWA Group in construction planning, industrial automation, product- and software development, in combination with building automation.

Our prototype is situated in the technology park "Softwarepark Hagenberg" (Upper Austria) and was awarded the Energiestar 2007 (energy star) of Upper Austria. amsec is an archetype for weel-being, energy- and total cost efficiency.
