Use of the Program

The economic usage of high grade production machines within the scope of automatic production presumes a utilization as high as possible and therefore a permanent utilization control. Technical as well as organizational reasons can lead to down times. These have to be detected fast and fully, on the one hand to eliminate them in best time and on the other hand to be able to take prevention measures.
LTA CS offers you, additional to the tool, also corresponding analysis strategies to optimize and operate your machines as good as possible.

Function Range

What's new about LTA CS

LTA CS offers several innovations and improvements compared to the system LTA:

  • Flexible administration of the reports: LTA CS makes it possible to compose your own reports out of existing analysis possibilities. It is also possible to combine several evaluations on one report page. The adjustment of report header and footer to your own requirements is very easy.
  • Structuring of saved reports: The saved reports (standard reports provided by AMS as well as self-generated reports) can be stored flexibly in a tree structure (similar to a directory tree). With this, the clarity and the structured storage of many different (also individual) reports is notably simplified.
  • Export of data to Excel: LTA CS offers the possibility to export basic data for the "Production Data (OEE)"-report to Excel. Therefore it is very easy to work further on the report with Excel, e.g. for presentations, ...
  • New shift data (OEE) and order data (OEE): LTA CS already supports the new standardized "Production Data (OEE)" report, which displays the shift resp. order data depending on the grouping. The time recording for this report is fully based on standstills. This report replaces therefore the shift and order reports of the former product generation and will also be integrated in LTA 2.05.
  • All included reports are optimized for the paper formats A4 and US-letter.
  • Automatic Machine Analysis ASAP:< br/>ASAP offers functions for the creation of rules, determining how the separate reports will be executed one after another depending from the analyzed data.
  • ASAP is also supporting the execution and the sending of PDF-Reports per e-mail as an automatic Batch-Job.
  • Multi-User Ability (User Profiles):
    With the User Profile, a possibility to be able to run several LTA CS Clients with one Windows®-User has been created. The user is able to create the LTA CS Reports essentially faster, because he has several LTA CS clients available to processing his tasks at the same time.
