ProMo - Process Monitoring Software Package
Use of the Program
ProMo is a PC based software package for the acquisition, visualization and archiving of quality data in high-intensity automation.
It is about data of constant size, which are captured and displayed in Shewart location and variation charts.
For the following process analysis the measured values can also be archived.
Function Range
The following qualities characterize ProMo:
- Online acquisition of values of continuous quality attributes
- Formation of samples with adjustable parameters
- Automatic adjustment of the frequency of the sample occurrence to the process status
- Visualization of the samples in online quality control card (Shewart location and variation chart)
- Displaying of process statuses with traffic lighting
- Notification of process malfunction (action limits violation) to the shopfloor management system
- Archiving of samples for the process analysis
- Setting-up operation
- Takeover of the defined action limits or online calculation of action limits
- Order-related data archiving
