Our support team stands for high availability and fastest reactions. It can be reached by all customers from Monday – Sunday and on holidays between 8 am and 8 pm CET under the telephone number mentioned below. Questions which are sent by fax or e-mail outside of our business hours (Monday - Thursday 7 am – 5 pm and Friday 7 am – 3 pm CET) are answered the next working day.
Additionally, service contracts can be made specifically for every customer and are offered in different variations.
